a. Features: The battery materials dried by this microwave dryer contains water of below 0.1%. The equipment uses corrosion resistant pipeline to instantly discharge the water vapor.

2. Microwave Rubber Auxiliaries Dryer
a. Features: Such microwave dryer is chiefly used to numerous rubber auxiliaries of low melting point.
b. Applicable Materials: DTDM, TMTD, DM, M, CZ, DZ, NS rubber auxiliaries, as well as thermal sensitive chemicals or pharmaceutical intermediates.

3. Microwave Molybdenum Concntrate Dryer
a. Features: The whole equipment is made of corrosion resistant stainless steel. It adopts the infrared temperature measurement, making temperature automatically adjusted. The transmission frequency is adjustable as well. Water content of the chemical materials can be dried to be below 0.1%.
b. Applicable Materials: Molybdenum concntrate, ammonium molybdate, molybdenum oxide, and other molybdenum products; rare earth; ores; and so on.

4. Catalyst Drying Equipment
a. Features: It is designed for those specially shaped catalysts with high water content and complex molding process. Horizontal electromagnetic materials distributing is applied.

5. Microwave Zirconium Hydroxide Dryer
a. Features: The microwave dryer is designed according to the properties of zirconium hydroxide, namely, large water content and strong corrosion. It perfectly resists corrosion, as it is manufactured from stainless steel and has been treated with tetrafluoroethylene coating.
b. Application: Suited for the low-temperature drying or thermal treatment of all sorts of chemical materials, especially zirconium hydroxide.

8. Horizontal Borax Pentahydrate Vacuum Dryer
Borax pentahydrate is a kind of white crystal powder with density of 1.815g/cm3 and melting point of 75℃. It is soluble in hot water and glycerinum, slightly soluble in ethanol and carbon tetrachloride. When heated to 120℃, crystal water will be thoroughly removed.

9. Silicon Carbide Drying Equipment
a. Features: It allows for uniform drying of silicon carbide. The microwave drying is completed in the static, enclosed environment with micro-negative pressure. There will be no dust pollution. This microwave dryer is of high automation, minimizing the possibility of cracking. It consumes less power and helps you save time. After microwave drying, silicon carbide can be directly put into the kiln.

10. Microwave Diamond Powder Dryer
a. Features: It saves 30% to 60% energy as compared to the conventional drying methods. Microwave energy is a clean energy, which won't generate any waste during the during process.

11. Microwave Pyrophyllite Dryer
a. Features: The equipment is composed of materials inlet section, pre-heating section, heating section, roasting section, heat preservation section, cooling section, and materials outlet section. Temperature of each section is individually controlled. The process adjustment is extremely easy. If the traditional equipment has to spent at least 10 hours to finish the roasting process, our microwave dryer just needs 2 hours.
