Wavelane service for clients range from single component replacement to industrial microwave integrated solutions. There is no doubt that our service consists of the installation, maintenance, and the upgrading of heating equipment.

Service about Accessories
We can provide and install the accessories matched to the industrial microwave systems. The accessories are composed of magnetron, waveguide, conveyor belt, microwave source, human-computer interface, inverter, microwave leakage tester, temperature sensor, pressure instrument, and so on.

System Upgrading
Wavelane can repair and upgrade all kinds of currently available microwave drying equipment.

FAQ
1. What kind of pre-sale service do you offer?

a. According to the materials' features and processing requirements provided by clients, Wavelane will test the materials in the laboratory and then design the drying solutions based on the test result.
b. Some clients take their materials that need processing to our factory for on-site testing. They sign the purchase contracts on the spot in accordance with the test results.
c. If the clients are inconvenient to come to our factory and hope to get the accurate testing data, they should firstly buy a small experimental prototype so that they can test the materials in their own factories. We will modify the microwave drying solutions on the basis of feedbacks from clients. Next, both parties sign the formal orders of large-scale drying equipment.

2. What are included in the sales service?
a. Delivery cycle varies according to the equipment size and specific programs. It is generally 3 to 6 weeks after the recipient of deposit.

3. How about Wavelane after-sale service?
a. All the microwave dryers including accessories are available with one-year warranty time. One year later, users can purchase Wavelane accessories.
b. During the warranty period, all the accessories are replaced for free.
c. We provide free training service. Your engineers are welcomed to come to our factory for receiving the training about installation and maintenance.
d. As required, our personnel can be sent to your site for the installation, debugging, and training. But you have to bear the transportation and accommodation fees. Specific cost varies according to different countries and regions.”
e. Wavelane provides life-long technical consulting for free.
